WHY ONLY FOUR-DAY WORK WEEKS?
We feel that it is important that our employees and families have plenty of time to take care of themselves, their home, and community. Happy workers = happy work! Since we are normally booked out a few days this arrangement does not often create tension with appointments. Our crew is still working 40 hours per week and we find that the ten-hour work day actually creates a lot more continuity and overall effectiveness has skyrocketed since making the switch.
